  1. Four configurable cycles: soft chill, hard chill, freezing, plus sterilization.
  2. Dual display (core-product and tank) with real-time clock, printer, and ModBUS‑RTU.
  3. Multiple probe inputs: box, defrost, up to three insert/needle probes.
  4. Relay outputs: compressor (20 A), defrost (8 A), fans, aux, alarm (16 A).
  5. Compact and split models; dedicated blast-chill/freeze cycle management + special cycles (fish sanitation, thawing, ice-cream hardening).
  6. 2-relay (compact) or 4-relay (split) versions with "hard/soft" cycle modes, and optional real-time clock for HACCP
  7. Touchscreen (5"–7") with multi-needle probes, PWM fan control, and full I/O (compressor, fans, heaters, pumps).
  8. Comprehensive cycle management, recipe storage, HACCP data, cloud connectivity via EPoCA, USB backup.
