Pizza Counters

The controller for rotating pizza ovens regulates temperature using wood, gas, or electricity, allowing independent control of top and floor heaters. It features functions like rapid heating and economy mode, and can measure and display temperature in ovens without direct control.

The system features a dual temperature probe setup for effective heating control and offers optional MODBUS RS485 connectivity for integration with third-party Building Management Systems (BMS) or remote monitoring.
