  • The room features effective insulation, a temperature control system, air circulation and ventilation, humidity control, ethylene gas injection, and an electric control system for optimal environmental management.

  1. The system features programmable modes for precooling, ripening, exhaust, and holding, which can be adjusted through parameters. It also includes humidity control that activates or deactivates the humidifier based on a specified set point.
  2. Ethylene gas levels are controlled to ensure proper fruit ripening, with CO2 being expelled through a damper if it exceeds permissible limits. A customizable time band is established for each ripening cycle.
  3. Automatic cycle changeover occurs seamlessly without manual intervention. An optional touch screen display is available, and the system supports Modbus RS485 for integration with third-party BMS or XWEB systems.
