IMMERSED ELECTRODE

IMMERSED ELECTRODE

  1. Immersed Electrode Heating: To generate steam through Joule heating. Steam output is directly proportional to water level and current.
  2. Durable Hygienic Cylinder: Self-extinguishing, food-grade plastic or polypropylene cylinder (ISO 846 compliant) with anti-scale features. Electrodes are solid stainless steel for longevity.
  3. Compact AHU Design: The hydraulic unit installs directly inside air handling units (AHUs), eliminating separate distribution piping and reducing pressure loss. Multiple sizes are available for 10–100 kg/h steam output.
  4. Smart Control & BMS Integration: Equipped with microprocessor controllers featuring LED interfaces, plus RS‑485 Modbus or BACnet connectivity and precise control signals (0–10 V / 4–20 mA).

  1. Simpler electrode-based heating typically costs less upfront than resistive or gas-fired systems.
  2. Modulation is quick—adjusting water level/voltage yields stable humidity within ±5–10 % RH.
  3. High-temperature steam is sterile; cylinders are self-extinguishing and BPA-free, preventing microbial growth.
  4. Easily accessible cylinders with quick-release access doors simplify cleaning or replacement. Modular design ensures minimal downtime.
