Fan Coil Units
- A Fan Coil Unit (FCU) heats or cools air using a coil and fan, operating without ductwork. It features adjustable fan speeds, including “on-off” and modulating types, allowing user control or automatic adjustments based on room temperature.
- The system features a 2-pipe or 4-pipe configuration with on/off control signals, thermal actuators, and manual or automatic heating/cooling change-over.
- It includes 3-speed fan control, occupancy detection, and BMS integration via Modbus/BACnet.
