The controller manages rack rotation in electric or gas rotary ovens for baking, ensuring precise temperature control and uniform heating, making it essential for production environments that require material heating.

  1. The system features on/off or modulating fan control, allowing for automatic and manual rack rotation with numerous adjustable settings.
  2. The system features comprehensive steam management, including injection and venting, and can operate directly or through an external boiler module that manages water charge, discharge, and steam generation.
  3. The system can store up to 99 recipes, which can be compiled into an ODS file with images in BMP or GIF format and uploaded to the controller via a USB flash drive.
